Emma has worked in the creative world for over 25 years, both as an Exhibition Designer in National Museums and Architecture Centres in London and as a professional Artist and art educator. In 2015 Emma created The Cambridge Art Book, which shows her adoptive city through the eyes of over 50 artists. Following the book's success, Emma has had a further 7 city art books with her distinctive cover design published by Bloomsbury. The books have received endorsements from over 50 celebrities including Sir Paul McCartney. In December 2025 Emma will complete her Masters degree in Children's Book illustration at the prestigious Cambridge School of Art. During her MA Emma has worked on a range of projects including print and mixed-media. Emma particularly loves portraying the urban life and people of the city. A qualified Teacher Emma enjoys carrying out workshops in schools and is always happy to be approached about new projects and ideas. For three years Emma ran a voluntary art group for local elders at a day centre, which Emma adored. Art clients include: The Scott Polar Museum, Friends of The Earth, The RSPB, The University of Cambridge, Lucy Cavendish College and private clients from as far aways as New Zealand.
